The strong visual appeal of this handsome Danish chest of drawers is due to the lightly worn white paint and the clean, curved lines. Where the paint has been gently scraped, the rich antique oak is revealed adding to the aged character and highlighting the details of the casework. The scalloped contours of the top are repeated in each of the four full size serpentine drawer fronts, which are fitted with traditional brass pulls and key escutcheons.
