Early 19th Century Antique Inlaid Mahogany Empire Bow Front Corner Cabinet

This remarkable corner cabinet is one of the finest inlaid examples of the Empire style that we have had the privilege to see in 40 years of international antique business. Every exemplary detail was well executed by a master craftsman from the highly detailed inlay of figures and vines (note the Grecian influence) and sunburst pattern on the feet to the masterfully crafted bow front of the mahogany doors and drawer. Professionally restored and finished, this stunning corner cabinet is ready to be placed, used and admired. While there are old repairs (filled in cracks), aged nicks and signs of wear expected in an item over 200 years old, this corner cabinet is in remarkable condition. Support has been added to level the rear central foot. The cabinet is made in 2 sections which facilitates transportation and installation; key is included to use as a "pull."
