Bow front, step-back corner cabinet with original hand painted folk art decoration. Dated 1834, this antique pine corner cupboard still maintains its original earth toned faux wood grain paint with beautiful floral details and green trim along panels and crown which were traditional elements in the Dalarna region of Sweden.
This cabinet is made in two parts creating an attractive open niche between the upper and lower cabinets.
Wrought iron strap hinges. The two cabinet door locks still function and two keys are included. 
Professionally restored, this corner cupboard is strong and stable; doors work well and the case has been finished with a satin wax. 
Any scratches, cracks, dings, or age related separation are reflective of age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this special corner cabinet.
